Early Access Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
The Early Access Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wellcosan Inc., 120 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005 (“Flowell”).

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Flowell and its affiliates, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to enter
The Giveaway runs from November 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET to November 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).

  • Purchase entry: every order placed at flowell.com during the Entry Period is automatically entered. No further action is needed.
  • Free entry: to enter without a purchase, email [giveaway@flowell.com] with the subject line “Early Access Giveaway” and include your full name, email address and mailing address. Requests must be received during the Entry Period. Limit one free entry per person.

Purchase entries and free entries have an equal chance of winning.

4. Prize
[One (1)] winner will receive a prize equal to the total amount paid for their qualifying order, excluding taxes and shipping, up to a maximum of $3000.

  • The prize is paid as a refund to the original payment method.
  • A free-entry winner will instead receive [a Flowell gift card / a payment] of $3000.
  • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or substituted, except by Flowell at its discretion.
  • The winner keeps the products purchased.
  • The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. A prize valued at $600 or more may require a completed IRS Form W-9.

5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about [November 10, 2026]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • The winner will be notified by email.
  • The winner must respond within [7] days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility.

6. Returns and cancellations
Orders cancelled or fully returned before the draw are not eligible to win. If a winning order is later returned under Flowell’s 30-day trial, Flowell may reduce the prize by the refunded amount.

7. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, Flowell may announce the winner’s first name and state of residence in connection with the Giveaway.

8. General

  • Flowell may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent or tampered with.
  • Flowell may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned.
  • By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Flowell’s decisions, which are final.
  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Giveaway is used according to Flowell’s Privacy Policy.

10. Winner’s name
To request the winner’s name, email [jack@flowell.com] by [December 31, 2026].
