Flowell Review Sweepstakes – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The Flowell Review Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Flowell (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 1st 2026 and continues on a rolling monthly basis. Each entry period ends on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 PM (ET).
4. Prize
Each month, one (1) winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their original Flowell order, up to a maximum of $2,000 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Review Disclosure
Participants who submit a review acknowledge that they may receive a discount as a thank-you for their feedback. All reviews should reflect the honest opinions of the participant. Receiving an entry into the Sweepstakes does not depend on whether the review is positive or negative.
8. How to Enter
Method 1: Review Submission
Participants may enter by submitting an honest review of their Flowell product via the review link provided after purchase.
Method 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without submitting a review or making a purchase, participants may send an email to jack@flowell.com with the subject line “Flowell Sweepstakes Entry” and include their full name and email address in the body of the email.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month, regardless of entry method. Entries submitted via either method will have equal odds of winning.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
13. No Purchase or Review Necessary
No purchase or review is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or review does not increase the chances of winning.
14. Void Where Prohibited
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
