Flowell Summer Bundle Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by:

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to natural persons residing in the United States who are at least 18 years old.

Entries are only accepted via Instagram, by completing the entry method described in the giveaway post (e.g. commenting, liking, following).

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries (e.g. via several accounts) will result in disqualification.

3. Exclusion from Participation

The following are excluded from participation:

  • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members
  • Individuals and companies involved in the conception or execution of the giveaway (e.g. agencies)
  • Individuals under 18 years of age
  • Individuals not residing in the United States of America

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of manipulation or violation of these Terms.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 09/15/2026 at 12:00 AM and ends on 09/30/2026 at 12:00 AM GMT-4.

Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

5. Prize

The prize is:

  • 1x Flowell Home Deluxe Pants Set
  • 2x Cool Comfort Sleeves
  • 3x Thermosleeves (Small, Medium and Large in Vibrant Purple)
  • 1x Pro Gear Backpack (Vibrant Purple)
  • 1x Extension Strap

Valued at approx. $1,767. No additional costs apply.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The right to the prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected after the giveaway period ends by random draw among all participants who met the entry requirements.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified within 7 days after the end of the giveaway period via Instagram direct message by the Organizer.

8. Forfeiture of Prize

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, or cannot otherwise be reached, the prize claim is forfeited. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner using the same process.

9. Data Protection / Privacy

Personal data collected as part of participation (e.g. Instagram username and, upon winning, name and shipping address) will only be processed to carry out and manage the giveaway, in particular to determine and notify the winner and to ship the prize.

Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill the prize (e.g. shipping providers). Data will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed and settled, unless retention is required by law.

The prize draw is final and binding. No legal recourse is possible ("the right to legal recourse is excluded").

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way connected to, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or comments regarding the giveaway must be directed exclusively to the Organizer named in Section 1, not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Miscellaneous

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if required for good cause (e.g. technical issues or suspected manipulation).

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
